Commercial property valuations

What's your business property worth? You may need to value your business property for any number of reasons; security on a loan, buying or selling a property.

The council is unable to advise members of the public on valuation matters. Corporate Property Services is an ‘in house’-only service and has a number of Chartered Surveyors available who can provide details of Qualified Surveyors in your area. These experts can advise on valuation, building surveying and other property related matters.

But valuation is a complex business and there is no such thing as a single valuation for one property. Valuations are produced on different assumptions and are subjective.
