You can contact the benefits service by post, email, telephone, fax and in person. Home visits can be arranged if you are housebound and do not have anyone who can help you.

Where to go

Tower Hamlets now operates as a centralised claims processing service and a dedicated call centre both based at the Town Hall where all postal, email and telephone enquiries should be directed.
