Missed domestic rubbish collection

Tower Hamlets carries out collections of domestic refuse or rubbish from the borough's estates and private homes.

You can use the online form to:

• report a missed rubbish collection
• tell us about a communal bin that is broken
• tell us about a communal bin becoming full up before the regular collection is due
• report any other matters involving domestic rubbish collections and communal bins

What happens next

If you are reporting a missed collection of domestic refuse – as long as it is reported before 5pm – we aim to have the missed collection picked up within the next working day.

If you are reporting damage to a communal bin or a similar problem, we aim to have this resolved within five working days.
