One way to improve safety on the street is to ensure there is adequate and well-maintained street lighting. You can use the online form here to report any street lighting faults on the public highway.
If the faulty light is on an council housing estate, please contact your local housing office.
What happens next
Once reported, we will try to send an inspector out the same evening to assess the problem. Once assessed, we aim to have the repair done within 3-5 working days.
