Commercial waste & missed collection

Tower Hamlets holds contracts with businesses and commercial premises within the borough to collect their refuse.

We supply refuse bags and issue fixed penalty notices to organisations that do not comply with legislation regarding the disposal of trade waste.

You can use this online form to

• request a new contract
• arrange for someone to call you to discuss an existing contract
• request a call back to discuss an invoice
• request more refuse bags
• report a missed collection.

What happens next

If you have requested a call back, you should be contacted by an officer from our trade waste department the same day to discuss your request. If you are reporting a missed collection, we aim to get this picked up within the next working day.
