Youth service - Introduction

The council’s youth services are covered by several different specialised teams:

• Tower Hamlets Youth support service – which is responsible for running youth groups, clubs and activities for young people
• Tower Hamlets Pupil services – which is responsible for work permits and performance licences for school children
• Tower Hamlets education social work service - which is responsible for licensing chaperones and matrons.
