Planning application forms

We recommend that you use the Planning Portal’s interactive Online Application system but you can also apply using one of the forms below.

Whether you use the forms below, or the Planning Portal online system, along with the correct form, you will need to include certain attachments and the correct fee. Please note that any planning application relating to land within the ODA Planning Area must be submitted to the ODA, rather than to the local borough. More information can be found on the London 2012 Website
